Misquote

How often have you heard people refer to Charles Darwin as heralding the survival of the fitest, or the strongest survive? In fact what he said was quite contrary to that;

Wonderful quote from Mission Statement, "Outstanding leaders go out of their way  to boost the self esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish"

Just a different variation on the view that the main purpose of leaders should be to create more leaders, apologies to the original author for the paraphrasing.
