JUST SOMETIMES IT CAN BE HARD BUT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE.

Being in business for a couple of decades or more, I am still amazed by the ability of middle aged adults to carry on like children. How hard can it be to just sit back and take a look at the big picture and what you are doing as an organisation. Not wasting time with industry gossip spread by folks who have reached their peak, and aren't going any further. Keep your mind on the main game and direct your energy in that direction, not difficult when you stop and think!
